|Reviews:||"Opened in August 2001 Wabi-Sabi is already established as one of the best sushi
restaurants in Los Angeles. Everything about the sushi is great (i.e. great presentation and taste
- very fresh). They also offer a full bar, and a delectable menu of California/Japanese infused
cuisine - the food is great. The seafood bouillaibaisse, steamed manila clams and scallop dynamite
are quite a treat! Also great wine list.

| ||"Just Saturday night, my husband brought me to this restaurant and we loved it! The place was packed and we sat by the sushi bar and really enjoyed eating the fatty tuna (yummy!), salmon and mackerel sashimis. We had to try the Wabi Sabi roll and the Sakura Roll which were both great. We also had edamame, tempura vegetables and topped everything off with a sundae which we shared! Our sushi chef was very skilled and the presentation was wonderful. All that plus a couple of drinks came out to $140 and it was well worth it!
